Can Help You
If you believe the habitat, resource, cultural, historic, or scenic values of
your land should be preserved, we invite you to explore the wayin which your
property can be permanently protected. KLT can help you plan for the
future by discussing with you and your advisors how easements or gifts of
land can fit into an entire estate plan.
How You Can
Help the Trust
Members of the Kona Trust are everything! As a private, non-profit
organization, we rely on our members for operational funds, stewardship
activities and general support of our mission.
Our members are diverse and represent families, environmental groups, developers,
businesses, visitors and individuals. Many of our members are full time
residents of Hawai'i,
born and raised in these precious islands or transplants from the mainland
and other far away places. In addition, we have members who have come here as
visitors and are committed to preserving the beauty and essence of these tiny
islands in the middle of the ocean.
As a member of the Kona Land
Trust, you will receive our newsletter and information about events and news
of other exciting happenings. Memberships are annual.
